Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called RMC-5552 in adults whose aggressive brain cancer (glioblastoma) has returned after standard treatment. The main goals are to find the safest and most effective dose and to see if the drug can help shrink tumors. The study will enroll 48 participants and involves regular monitoring through brain scans and blood tests.
