First seen Dec 29, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tested whether adding nerve stretches (neural mobilization) to a standard joint technique (Mulligan) helps people with chronic tennis elbow. Sixty adults with pain lasting over three months took part. The researchers measured pain, hand function, and grip strength to see if the combined approach works better than the joint technique alone.
