Simple combo therapy eases stubborn tennis elbow pain, study finds
NCT ID NCT06765798
First seen Dec 29, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tested whether adding nerve stretches (neural mobilization) to a standard joint technique (Mulligan) helps people with chronic tennis elbow. Sixty adults with elbow pain lasting over three months took part. The goal was to see if the combo reduces pain, improves hand function, and boosts grip strength better than the joint technique alone.
