Summary
This study tested a mix of targeted drugs (neratinib, pertuzumab, trastuzumab) and chemotherapy (paclitaxel) in people with advanced or inflammatory breast cancer. The goal was to find the best dose and see if the combination could shrink tumors before more chemo. The study was stopped early, but results helped understand side effects and tumor response in 34 participants.
