Summary
This study tests an oral drug called NEO212 in people with specific brain tumors (astrocytoma, glioblastoma) or cancers that have spread to the brain. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if it helps control tumor growth. About 134 adults will take NEO212 alone or with standard treatments.
