New pill shows promise for Hard-to-Treat brain cancers

Summary
This study tests an experimental oral drug called NEO212 in adults with certain brain tumors (astrocytoma, glioblastoma) or cancers that have spread to the brain. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if it can slow tumor growth. About 134 participants will receive NEO212 alone or with standard treatments.
