Inclusion Criteria: * Participants aged between 18 and 55 years * non-specific neck pain lasting for at least three months * participants who were able to read and write in Turkish Exclusion Criteria: * Individuals with a history of cervical surgery, * neck trauma within the previous year, * neurological or rheumatological disorders, * cervical radiculopathy, * inability to discontinue analgesic medication within 48 hours prior to assessment, * pregnancy, * cognitive impairment
