Summary
This study tests whether a quick, guided writing exercise called flash-writing can lower burnout and stress in doctors and other faculty at Wake Forest Baptist. Sixty participants from internal medicine, surgery, and pediatrics will try the technique and report their feelings using a standard burnout questionnaire. The goal is to find a simple, meaningful way to support healthcare workers.
