Summary
This study interviews 60 healthcare professionals in Flanders who are either on sick leave (1-6 months) or recently back at work (up to 6 months). The goal is to understand what helps or hinders their return, what support they need, and how policies can improve. It does not test any treatment but gathers insights to shape better reintegration programs.
