Healthcare workers share their sick leave struggles in new study

Summary
This study interviews 60 healthcare professionals in Flanders who are either on sick leave (1-6 months) or have recently returned to work (within 6 months). The goal is to learn what factors, needs, and types of support help them return to work successfully. The results will be used to create better reintegration policies for healthcare workers.
