Summary
This study interviews 60 healthcare professionals in Flanders who are either on sick leave (1-6 months) or recently back at work (up to 6 months). The goal is to learn what factors, needs, and types of support help or hinder their return to work. No treatment is given; the focus is on gathering insights to improve reintegration policies for healthcare workers.
