First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 30, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether a short, guided writing exercise called flash-writing can help healthcare faculty at Wake Forest Baptist feel less burned out and stressed. About 60 doctors and faculty from internal medicine, surgery, and pediatrics will try the writing method. Researchers will measure changes in burnout using a standard questionnaire before and after the exercise.
