Summary
This study follows a large group of people with multiple sclerosis over many years to learn how the disease changes and how treatments work in real life. Participants fill out surveys twice a year about their health and lifestyle. The information is used only for research and is kept confidential. Anyone 18 or older with MS or clinically isolated syndrome can join.
