Summary
This study is a long-term registry for adults diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) or clinically isolated syndrome. Participants fill out surveys twice a year about their health, lifestyle, and treatments. The information is used only for research to better understand how MS progresses and what factors affect it. There is no treatment or medication involved, and participation is free and confidential.
