Summary
This study looks at how different muscle release methods affect flexibility, balance, and physical performance in people with tight hamstrings. About 45 adults with hamstring tightness will be split into three groups: one receiving manual myofascial release, one using Graston technique, and one doing home exercises. The goal is to see which approach works best for improving movement and reducing tightness.
