Summary
This study looked at whether myo-inositol alone or combined with metformin helps overweight women with PCOS get pregnant. 120 women took either myo-inositol or myo-inositol plus metformin for six months. The goal was to see which treatment leads to more confirmed pregnancies and is easier to tolerate.
