Eating your way to cancer prevention: new diet study launches

Summary
This study looks at three different eating plans to help overweight people at risk for colorectal cancer eat healthier and lose weight. About 240 adults with a family or personal history of colorectal cancer or polyps will follow one of the plans for 12 months. The goal is to see if these diets can improve eating habits and reduce cancer risk.
