Diet study aims to cut colon cancer risk in overweight adults

Summary

This study tests three different eating plans to see which helps overweight adults at risk for colorectal cancer eat healthier and lose weight. About 240 participants will follow one of the plans for 12 months, with support from phone calls and a phone app. The goal is to find better ways to help people adopt a cancer-preventive diet.
