Summary

This study is testing three different healthy eating approaches to see which best helps overweight adults at risk for colorectal cancer improve their diet and potentially lose weight. 240 participants will follow one of the eating plans for 12 months, with some groups getting extra support like phone calls and a smartphone app. The main goal is to find better ways to help people stick to a long-term, cancer-preventive style of eating.
