Eating your way to a lower cancer risk: new diet study launches

Summary
This study looks at three different eating plans to see which one helps overweight adults at risk for colorectal cancer eat healthier and lose weight. About 240 people with a family or personal history of colorectal cancer or polyps will follow one of the plans for 12 months. The goal is to find better ways to support healthy eating habits that may lower cancer risk.
