New app guides young cancer survivors through life after treatment

Summary

This study is testing a mobile app called my.naviGATE for teens and young adults (ages 15-24) who have finished cancer treatment. The app provides personalized education, peer support, and tracks how patients are doing. Researchers want to see if the app helps patients feel more confident managing their health after cancer. About 143 participants will take part across three hospitals.
