NCT ID NCT07425847
First seen Feb 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looked at whether listening to music or doing a simple breathing exercise (the 4-7-8 technique) could help first-year nursing students feel less anxious while learning how to give IV drugs. 97 students were split into three groups: one listened to music, one did the breathing exercise, and one had no extra help. Their anxiety levels were measured before and after the training sessions.
