Summary
This study tests whether listening to musical patterns and receiving mild brain stimulation can improve arm and hand function in people with corticobasal syndrome, a rare brain disorder. Twenty participants will be split into two groups: one gets music therapy alone, the other gets music plus brain stimulation. They will attend six sessions over three weeks, and researchers will measure changes in movement, dexterity, mood, and brain activity.
