Summary

This study looked at 60 adults having surgery under general anesthesia. Half received a muscle relaxant (rocuronium) and half did not. Researchers measured how quickly patients regained muscle strength after surgery using a hand grip test. The goal was to see if avoiding muscle relaxants leads to better recovery.
