Summary
This study tests a gentle stretching technique called Muscle Energy Technique on the latissimus dorsi (a large back muscle) to see if it reduces pain and improves movement in people with mechanical low back pain lasting over 3 months. 32 adults with moderate disability will be treated and measured for pain, function, and flexibility. The goal is to find a simple, drug-free way to ease chronic back pain.
