NCT ID NCT07495475

First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a smartphone app can help people with chronic low back pain stick to home exercises and improve their posture, balance, pain, and daily function. About 50 adults with low back pain will either get a printed exercise plan or use a mobile app with videos, reminders, and progress tracking. After six weeks, researchers will compare the two groups to see if the app makes a difference.
