First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a mobile app can help people with long-term low back pain do their home exercises more consistently. About 50 adults with chronic mechanical low back pain will either get a printed exercise plan or use an app with videos and reminders. After 6 weeks, researchers will check if the app group has better pain relief, balance, and daily function.
