Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called MT-4561 in people with advanced solid tumors (like lung, breast, or pancreatic cancer) who have tried at least one prior therapy. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for early signs of tumor shrinkage. About 27 adults will take part in this first-in-human trial.
