Summary

This study tests whether a mobile health program called mSTARS is practical and well-liked by people who drink heavily and have recently been hospitalized for suicidal thoughts or behaviors. About 35 adults will be randomly assigned to the mSTARS program, standard care, or standard care plus skills training. The main goal is to see if people will join and stick with the program, and if they find it helpful.
