Summary
This study tests if injecting stem cells into the eye can help people with severe dry eye caused by graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), a complication of bone marrow transplants. About 30 adults who have not improved with standard treatments will receive either one or two doses of stem cells. The goal is to see if the treatment safely reduces eye damage, boosts tear production, and improves quality of life.
