Summary

This study follows 111 children born to women with multiple sclerosis who received rituximab (or similar drugs) before or during pregnancy. Researchers will check the babies' B-cell levels, infection rates, and vaccine responses in their first year. The goal is to understand if the drug affects the infant's immune system and how long it stays in the mother's body.
