Summary
This observational study follows 111 women with multiple sclerosis who received rituximab (or similar CD-20 antibodies) before or during pregnancy, and their infants. Researchers will measure the baby's B-cell levels, infection rates, and vaccine responses during the first year of life. The goal is to understand whether the drug affects the child's developing immune system.
