NCT ID NCT07149662

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This observational study follows 111 women with multiple sclerosis who received rituximab (or similar drugs) before or during pregnancy, and their babies. Researchers want to see if the drug affects the infant's immune system, such as lower B-cell levels, more infections, or weaker vaccine responses. Mothers give extra blood samples during pregnancy, and babies provide a blood sample in their first year. The study does not offer treatment but aims to gather important safety information.
