New MRI scan could make breast biopsy markers easier to see
NCT ID NCT06873802
Summary
This study tested if a special type of MRI scan, called ZTE imaging, can better show breast biopsy markers made of bone cement. Researchers compared images of these new markers to the standard metal markers used today. The goal was to see if the new scan makes the markers clearer for doctors to see on images.
