Summary
This study tested two different MRI techniques to see which one better detects active inflammation in the brains of people with multiple sclerosis (MS). 180 adults with MS or similar conditions had brain scans after a recent flare-up. The goal was to find the most sensitive method for spotting active lesions, which could help doctors diagnose and monitor MS more effectively.
