New virus therapy injected into tumors shows promise for Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new treatment called MQ710, a modified virus injected directly into tumors, for people with advanced solid cancers that have not responded to standard treatments. The study aims to find the safest dose of MQ710 when given alone or with the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab. About 56 adults with various skin cancers or head and neck cancer will participate.
