First seen Apr 14, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding a sleep improvement program to personalized exercise coaching can reduce knee pain more than exercise alone. About 288 older adults with knee osteoarthritis and insomnia will take part remotely. The goal is to see if treating both pain and sleep problems together leads to better pain relief.
