Summary
This study aims to understand and predict serious complications that can happen after surgery in people aged 65 and older. Researchers will enroll 20,000 patients and monitor their vital signs continuously for 30 days after their operation using a wearable sensor. The goal is to identify early warning patterns for heart injury, serious bleeding, and infections to help doctors intervene sooner.
