First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This small study looks at whether combining a modified Atkins diet (low-carb, high-fat) with a regular exercise routine can improve quality of life and physical fitness in people with malignant glioma, a type of brain cancer. Fifteen participants will follow the program for 15 weeks, with supervised exercise sessions and home workouts. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helps patients feel better during their illness.
