Summary

This study looks at whether a low-carb diet (modified Atkins) combined with a supervised exercise program can improve quality of life and physical fitness in people with malignant glioma. Fifteen participants will follow the program for 15 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helpful, not to cure the disease.
