Summary
This study tested whether a 6-hour mock interview workshop could help first-year nursing students feel more confident about making career decisions. 155 students in China took part. The workshop was designed to support their motivation and included practice interviews. Researchers measured changes in career decision-making confidence before and after the workshop.
