Summary
This study tested an online program called 'Empowered Relief: On-Demand' to help people with chronic pain who misuse prescription opioids. 234 adults were randomly assigned to either the pain relief skills program or a general health education program. Researchers measured pain, opioid craving, and misuse over 3 months to see if the digital program could improve these outcomes.
