Summary
This study tested whether an 8-week mobile app program, with education and phone counseling, could reduce symptom severity and improve quality of life and sleep in 82 menopausal women with urinary incontinence. The app was based on a health promotion model. Results may show that such digital support helps women manage incontinence without medication.
