What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
BounceBack Now mobile app
What this could lead to
If successful, this could provide a simple, self-help tool for people with PTSD to manage symptoms on their own, especially those with limited access to care.
What could go wrong
This is a very small pilot study (29 participants) focused on feasibility, not on proving the app works. The app may not be effective for everyone, and results may not apply to broader populations.
