Summary

This study tested a mobile app called BounceBack Now (BBN) to help people with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) manage their symptoms. The goal was to develop better ways to bring this kind of digital mental health support into routine care.

What this could lead to

If successful, this could provide a simple, self-help tool for people with PTSD to manage symptoms on their own, especially those with limited access to care.

What could go wrong

This is a very small pilot study (29 participants) focused on feasibility, not on proving the app works. The app may not be effective for everyone, and results may not apply to broader populations.
