Summary
This study tested a drug called MLC1501 in 303 people who had a stroke within the past 2 to 10 days. Participants took either a high dose, low dose, or a placebo twice a day for 24 weeks. The goal was to see if the drug could improve motor function and recovery better than a placebo.
