Summary
This early-stage study tested a single dose of the experimental drug MK-2060 in 14 people with stage 4 chronic kidney disease to check its safety and how the body processes it. The trial was originally planned to also test multiple doses and include people on dialysis, but those parts were not started. The main goal was to see if the drug causes bleeding or other side effects.
