NCT ID NCT07219550

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 38 times

Summary

This study looks at how the body processes a drug called MK-1084 when the liver is not working normally. Researchers will give a single dose to people with liver impairment and to healthy volunteers, then measure drug levels in the blood over time. The goal is to understand if liver problems change how the drug is handled, which helps guide safe dosing. About 58 adults will take part.
