Summary
This study looks at how the drug MK-1084 (calderasib) moves through the body in people with liver problems compared to healthy people. About 58 adults will take a single dose, and researchers will measure drug levels and check for side effects. The goal is to understand if liver impairment changes how the drug is processed, which helps doctors decide on safe dosing.
