Inclusion Criteria: * Aged 18 years or above * Currently working in a hotel * Cantonese speaker * Willing to commit time for the 6-week mindfulness course Exclusion Criteria: * Individuals who had previously joined a related group mindfulness-based intervention, such as mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), or Mindfulness - Finding Peace in a Frantic World (FPFW) * Staff members who are mentally unstable or having active suicidal risk
