Summary
This study looked at how mindfulness-based cognitive therapy helps pregnant women who are at risk for emotional distress. 84 women participated to see if this approach reduces symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress during pregnancy and after childbirth. The goal was to understand how mindfulness works to improve well-being during this vulnerable time.
