Summary
This study looked at how a type of therapy called Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) helps pregnant women who are feeling stressed, anxious, or down. 84 at-risk pregnant women took part to see if MBCT could boost their well-being during pregnancy and after giving birth. The goal was to understand how this therapy works so it can be used to support other moms-to-be.
