Summary

This pilot study will test a 12-week mindful eating program called "Eat for Life" in 88 female nutrition students. The goal is to see if it reduces disordered eating, improves body appreciation, and supports mental health compared to receiving standard nutrition tips. Participants will fill out questionnaires before, after, and 3 months later.
