Summary

This pilot study tests a 12-week mindful eating program called "Eat for Life" in 88 female nutrition students. The goal is to see if it reduces disordered eating, improves body appreciation, and boosts mental health compared to standard nutrition advice. Participants will complete surveys before, after, and 3 months later.
