Summary
This study tested a new, less invasive surgery called MIMS for people with glaucoma who need surgery to control eye pressure. 23 adults with open-angle or related glaucomas took part. The goal was to see if MIMS lowers eye pressure as well as traditional surgery but with fewer complications.
